02 Booking Services & Agency Role

Vivek Tour And Travels acts as a travel desk and facilitator for domestic & international flight tickets, Indian Railways reservations (including Tatkal assistance), PNR status checks, and interstate luxury bus ticket bookings. We coordinate between passengers and primary carriers (airlines, IRCTC, bus operators).

03 Indian Railways & Tatkal Booking Terms

• IRCTC Guidelines: All railway ticket requests are governed by standard Indian Railways passenger tariffs and rules.
• Tatkal Tickets: Tatkal bookings are subject to high demand and IRCTC quota limits. While we exercise best effort to secure confirmed berths, berth confirmation is ultimately governed by IRCTC system availability.
• ID Proof Requirement: Passengers must carry original valid government ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License) during train journeys as mandated by railway rules.

04 Flight Ticket Booking & Baggage Rules

• Flight fares displayed or quoted are dynamic and subject to airline seat availability until final ticket issuance.
• Baggage allowances, cabin rules, and seat selection fees are governed strictly by the respective airline's policy.
• Flight date changes or cancellations are subject to airline penalty fees plus agency service charges.

05 Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Full payment must be cleared prior to ticket issuance. Payments processed via Razorpay or direct bank/UPI transfer are non-transferable without prior desk approval.
• In case of ticket cancellation requested by the customer, refund amounts will be calculated after deducting airline/railway/bus cancellation charges and agency processing fees.
• Refunds for cancelled tickets are credited back through the original payment mode within 5–7 working days upon receipt of refund from the principal carrier.

06 Limitation of Liability

Vivek Tour And Travels shall not be held liable for flight delays, train reschedules or cancellations, weather disruptions, road traffic delays, or carrier service defaults beyond our control. Our total financial liability is limited to the service fee collected for the booking.

07 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
