  • Contact & Identity Data: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Age/Gender when required for railway/airline passenger charts.
  • Travel Itinerary Data: Origin & Destination stations/airports, Travel dates, Preferred class of travel, and Tatkal/berth preferences.
  • PNR & Booking History: 10-digit PNR numbers, Train numbers, and Flight booking reference codes submitted for checking availability or status.
  • Transaction Data: Razorpay payment transaction IDs, order IDs, and payment status. We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords on our servers.

03 How We Use Your Information

  • To reserve and issue domestic & international flight tickets, Indian Railway tickets (including Tatkal), and luxury Volvo bus berths on your behalf.
  • To send you booking confirmation notices, e-tickets, and live PNR updates via mobile call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • To verify payments processed through Razorpay payment gateway.
  • To communicate with you regarding travel schedule changes, delays, or emergency support.

04 Payment Gateway Security

Online payments made via our website are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. All payment data (UPI, Net-banking, Credit/Debit cards, Wallets) is encrypted using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Vivek Tour And Travels never stores or accesses your sensitive banking credentials.

05 Disclosure to Third-Party Carriers

To complete ticket bookings, required passenger details are shared strictly with authorized travel service providers including:

  • Indian Railways (IRCTC / CRIS) for train ticket reservations.
  • Commercial Airlines (IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet, Vistara, Akasa Air, Emirates, etc.) for flight ticketing.
  • Authorized Interstate Bus Operators and Aggregators for bus travel.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
